Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the APC network. A \"client\" is any natural or legal person placing an order with APC, validated via our secure payment platforms.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply. APC only accepts clients over 16 years old (for electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites and services to minors. Even if the content of our services is not objectionable, we prefer to engage with a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscribers to our newsletters who do not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed, and access to our services will be terminated.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to APC implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in US$, EUR, or ZAR. Value Added Tax at 15% is included in the ZAR prices. The prices of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products. Secure online payments by credit card can be made via PayPal and Paystack. The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transfer over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of PayPal and Paystack and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the email address you specified when placing your order.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act of South Africa and international law, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data.
